Fill Out Your Intake Form
This allows our doctor to review your file and approve you for any prescription deemed safe and appropriate for your weight loss and health needs. We provide rapid same day approvals!

Schedule Your Consultation

Receive Your Program
After an appointment is completed in person or virtually, you will receive all your program supplies and you can get started right away!

Appointments can be made by phone, video (FaceTime/Skype), or in person — whatever’s easiest for you.
Telemedicine Consultation
Talk with a licensed provider from wherever you are — no waiting room, no time off work. Available by phone or video.

What happens first?
You fill in the intake form, then the clinic schedules your appointment. A doctor reviews your health history and goals before any program is prescribed.
Is the program supervised by a doctor?
Yes. A doctor prescribes your program, and supervision continues for as long as you are on it.
When do I receive the medication?
After your appointment. Nothing is dispensed or shipped until a doctor has seen you and written the prescription.
